Yeti ConvAI (“Service”) is a conversational artificial intelligence system
developed by Lirvana Labs (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) that enables speech-to-speech and text-to-text
interactions for students in learning and assessment environments.
By accessing or using Yeti ConvAI, partner schools, districts, educators, and students (“Users”) agree to these Terms of Use.
1.2 Educational Purpose
Yeti ConvAI is designed solely for educational use, including
instruction, practice, and assessment. It is not intended for legal, medical, or financial advice.
1.3 Data Ownership
All student-generated data, including conversation transcripts and derived
academic records, are owned by the partner school, district, or charter network (“Partner Organization”), unless
otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Flagged interactions may be surfaced to authorized educators via Yeti Co-Pilot.
1.8 No Model Training on User Data
Lirvana Labs does not permit third-party model providers
(including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or others) to train their models on student or educator data generated
through Yeti ConvAI.
1.9 No Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information.
1.10 Security
We implement industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect
user data.
1.11 Limitation of Liability
Yeti ConvAI is provided “as is.” Lirvana Labs is not liable for
indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
